Standard PCIe power connectors (with cables) add about 22mm of height to your GPU, a solution might be to use GPUs with recessed power connectors or buy low-profile PCIe power connectors.

Recommended for 65W CPUs and below. You'll still be fine with 65W+ as long as you don't overclock.
